Safe stabilisation for single-sided walls
The Sáez Formworks FRAMES is designed to stabilise single-sided wall formwork and ensure safe transmission of concrete loads to the anchoring system and the foundation. This results in more controlled, safer execution with fewer on-site incidents.
Its primary value lies in its ability to adapt to different heights, wall typologies and assembly requirements. The range includes solutions for lightweight walls, medium configurations and tall wall applications, allowing the most appropriate option to be selected without complicating logistics or assembly.
Furthermore, it is a system designed to save time and improve cost-effectiveness: rapid connection to panels, the possibility of moving the assembly for new pours and re-usable anchor options that reduce costs, waste and blemishes on the concrete face.
Key benefits of the FRAMES
Greater on-site safety: designed to resist concrete thrust and ensure correct transfer of forces to the anchoring system and footing.
Solution for different wall heights: the range covers from walls up to 3 m with Delta Waling FRAMES, up to 4 m with Stabiliser Waling FRAMES and up to 8.4 m with Support Waling Frames.
Agile and straightforward assembly: connection to the panels is made using connectors and nuts, enabling rapid assembly and reducing preparation times.
Time savings between pours: once assembled, various configurations can be moved together with the formwork panel, accelerating work cycles.
High on-site adaptability: compatible with different project typologies.
Anchor options as required: options to work with re-usable anchor, lost anchor, and in the Delta Waling FRAMES, also with resin fixing and inserted bar.
Real system cost-effectiveness: re-usable anchors can be reused and represent a recoverable investment within a few uses, with a minimum service life stated as 50 uses.
Better concrete finish: the re-usable anchor system avoids residue and rust staining on the finished surface.
Modular and flexible design: particularly in the Support Waling FRAMES, the combination of different frame sizes allows the system to be adjusted to different heights with a robust configuration.
Structural capacity for demanding work: depending on the anchors used, reference resistances are 50 kN/m² for Stabiliser Waling FRAMES, 60 kN/m² for Delta Waling FRAMES and 70 kN/m² for Support Waling FRAMES.
Main components and accessories
The system can be configured with different elements depending on the solution selected and the wall height:
Stabiliser Waling Frames
Formed by spindle struts and vertical, horizontal and extension walings to modulate the assembly according to site requirements.
Delta Waling FRAMES
Compact 3 m triangular frame, designed for simple and stable assembly on lightweight walls.
Support Waling FRAMES
Modular FRAMES in different dimensions for more robust configurations and tall walls.
Applications of the FRAMES
This system is primarily used for:
- Single-sided wall construction in civil engineering and building.
- Projects requiring safe formwork stabilisation against concrete thrust.
- Projects with variable heights, from lightweight walls to tall wall solutions.
- Works where rapid assembly, component reuse and optimised cycle times are sought.
- Situations requiring a robust, adaptable solution with different anchor options depending on foundation constraints.
