Supports 133 system
Supports 133 is a recoverable horizontal formwork system designed for fast, straightforward and efficient concrete floor slab construction. Its structure consists of three main load-bearing components, simplifying assembly, supporting the formwork panels and distributing loads during concrete pouring.
Its design enables quick assembly with fewer movements by the operator. The combination of guide rails, primary support beams and trolley supports simplifies installation, while its locking mechanisms enhance safety and make the components easier to handle.
The system’s key advantage is its ability to recover part of the formwork material through partial striking (early striking) while maintaining the necessary support during concrete setting. This allows components to be reused in subsequent construction phases, improves material turnover and makes better use of available resources.
Key benefits of the SUPPORTS 133 system
Fast and straightforward assembly: A system based on just three main load-bearing components. Clearly defined connections and assembly positions reduce the number of operations and enable faster, more organised work.
Increased on-site productivity: Component assembly requires fewer movements by the operator, speeding up formwork preparation and subsequent striking operations.
Material recovery and reuse: Enables partial striking, releasing formwork panels and other components while retaining the necessary propping. This improves material turnover and makes more efficient use of equipment.
Safety during assembly: The trolley supports incorporate a steel pin and an anti-disengagement spring to prevent accidental detachment. Their design allows only one correct assembly position, reducing installation errors.
High durability: The structural components are designed to withstand demanding construction-site conditions and are protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanising, helping ensure a long service life.
Easier handling: The aluminium trolley supports provide a lightweight yet robust solution, making installation and removal easier.
Adaptability to different floor slab configurations: Supports working bay widths of 1.00 m and 0.67 m, allowing the arrangement of components to be adapted to project requirements.
Efficient load distribution: The primary support beams transfer floor slab loads to the props, providing an organised and robust support system during concrete pouring.
Main components and accessories
The Supports 133 system comprises components designed to work together, facilitating both formwork installation and subsequent material recovery.
Guide Rail
Available in lengths of 4 m and 2 m. It positions the primary support beams at predetermined intervals, facilitating alignment and levelling.
Primary Support Beam
Available in lengths of 4 m, 2.66 m and 1.33 m. It supports floor slab loads and transfers them to the props. It incorporates dedicated housings for the trolley supports.
Supports 133 Trolley Support
An aluminium component that secures the formwork panels and facilitates their removal during partial striking. Its steel pin and anti-disengagement spring enable quick and secure fastening.
Three-Ply Formwork Panel
A 1.97 × 0.50 m panel that forms the concrete-contact surface.
Secondary Support Rail
A 1.97 m galvanised component that maintains support for the floor slab using reused props, facilitating the recovery of primary support beams, trolley supports and formwork panels.
Applications of the SUPPORTS 133 system
The Supports 133 system is particularly suitable for:
- Horizontal formwork for concrete floor slabs in building construction projects.
- Construction of solid slabs and ribbed or lightweight floor slabs, with the component layout and propping adapted to the anticipated loads.
- Projects involving successive concrete pours, where partial striking and component reuse help improve productivity.
- Projects requiring a robust, modular and easy-to-assemble formwork system, with different layout and propping options.
