Lightweight, modular and rapid-assembly vertical formwork
Alkes Alu Column is a vertical aluminium formwork system designed for casting concrete columns in residential construction. Its lightweight, hand-carried panel design facilitates daily site operations, reducing handling effort and accelerating the assembly sequence.
Thanks to its modular panel configuration, the system allows column formation in a wide range of cross-sectional dimensions, providing a practical, cost-effective and safe solution. Panel-to-panel connection via nut-and-tie anchors enables fast and secure closure, improving assembly precision and stability during concreting.
The system is rated for fresh concrete pressures of up to 60 kN/m² and features aluminium panels with 15 mm plywood and a 220 g/m² film face, providing durability and a quality concrete finish. It can also be configured for stacked panel extensions, shear wall formation and stop-end applications, extending its on-site versatility.

Multiple heights available: compatible with 3.30 m, 3.00 m, 2.70 m and 1.50 m panels, adapting to different site requirements.
Panels designed for greater precision: the C-profile incorporates tie holes at 5 cm centres, facilitating system adjustment and adaptation to required dimensions.
Durable formwork face for quality finish: panels are fitted with 15 mm plywood with a 220 g/m² grammage. A composite plastic formwork face option is also available, designed to improve the concrete finish and increase durability.
Improved formwork tightness: plugs attached to the panel face seal unused tie holes, helping to prevent leakage and improve the final result.
Compatible with crane lifting: the Alkes Alu lifting hook enables safe panel movement when assembly conditions require it.

L-250 tie rod anchor
Used for panel fixing during column and external corner formation.
R-Nut swivel plate 22×13
Tightening element with 15/17 thread and 90 kN working load, securing system closure.
Alkes Alu lifting hook
Accessory for controlled and safe crane-assisted panel movement.
Reinforced 20 cone
Seals unused tie holes in the panel, maintaining formwork tightness.
