High-stability shoring towers for great heights and loads
TRIGONAL is a shoring tower system designed to support slab formwork in projects where height, load capacity and safety are critical factors It is particularly recommended from 4.50 m in height or for slabs with thicknesses exceeding 30 cm.
Its modular design allows stable structures to be erected with few components, reducing site complexity and facilitating faster and more orderly execution. Thanks to its rapid and secure coupling nodes, assembly is carried out with precision and with reduced dependency on auxiliary solutions.
The high stability of the system eliminates the need for tripods or similar elements, while its adjustable base plates adapt to irregular surfaces Furthermore, the adjustable head facilitates level adjustment and is key for performing controlled and safe slab striking.
Key benefits of TRIGONAL
High load capacity: the system accepts up to 1,200 kg/m² with H20 timber beams, offering a reliable solution for demanding formwork and thick slabs.
Greater on-site stability: its structural configuration provides a solid base without the need for tripods, improving safety and simplifying assembly.
Fast and straightforward assembly: uses only four basic elements — base plates, base triangles, triangles and heads — reducing preparation time, handling and material control.
Adaptation to irregular substrates: adjustable base plates allow the tower to be levelled even on completely uneven bearing surfaces.
Precise formwork adjustment: adjustable heads facilitate the final levelling of the system and help to carry out slab striking with greater control.
Modular and efficient system: its modular structure allows towers to be configured at different heights, from low-level solutions to tall vertical assemblies.
Less material per square metre: the system is designed to optimise the number of components required, facilitating internal logistics, transport and storage.
Easier and safer storage: working with repetitive and clearly defined components improves plant organisation and reduces on-site errors.
Main components and accessories
Fixed base plate
Support element for configurations where height adjustment is not required.
Adjustable base plate
Allows the tower to be adapted to irregular surfaces and the initial levelling of the system to be adjusted.
2-way head
Upper element for receiving and positioning timber formwork beams.
4-way head
Head alternative for configurations requiring greater bearing or beam distribution.
Base triangle 1360 × 1000 mm
Initial structural element of the vertical structure, designed to start the tower from the base.
Triangles 1360 × 1000 mm, 1360 × 750 mm and 1360 × 500 mm
Structural modules that allow different heights to be reached and the tower to be adapted to project requirements.
Horizontal ledger 1360 mm
Horizontal connection element providing rigidity and stability to the assembly.
Diagonal 1920 mm
Bracing element that reinforces the tower and improves its structural behaviour, particularly in taller assemblies.
Applications of TRIGONAL
TRIGONAL is primarily used in building and civil engineering works requiring safe shoring for elevated slab formwork.
It is an ideal solution for:
- Flat soffits with large plan areas.
- Assemblies exceeding 4.50 m in height, where a stable tower with high load-bearing capacity is required.
- Suspended beams and areas where the support system must concentrate loads safely.
- Projects with irregular bearing surfaces, thanks to the adjustable base plates.
- Projects requiring rapid assembly, safety and control during striking.
