High-efficiency re-usable horizontal formwork
SYSTEM 2000 is a re-usable horizontal formwork solution designed for the construction of waffle slabs with lost filler blocks, one-way ribbed slabs and flat slabs with a simple, orderly and efficient assembly. Its concept of working with only two basic elements simplifies site installation and reduces operational complexity from the first day.
Its great advantage lies in the speed of material recovery: 3 days after concreting approximately 80% of the equipment can be recovered, allowing much of the system to be reused in new pours without waiting for full striking. This translates into less immobilised material, better rotation on site and a higher return per cycle.
Furthermore, it is designed to deliver real on-site safety during assembly and stripping. Metal components are assembled from ground level, connections are braced using safety latches and the system accommodates collective protection systems, edge barriers and safety nets below the soffit.

Flexibility for different loads and geometries: works with various bay widths and incorporates a capital drop beam for areas with higher loads, helping to resolve pile cap junctions and demanding configurations.
Stable and secure sheathing: the sheathing board locks into the steel structure without nailing, improving assembly stability and facilitating both erection and stripping.
Certified edge protection: the system can incorporate a G-bracket, post, guardrail and toeboard, referencing EN 13374:2013 Class A for temporary edge protection.
High-durability PP board option: the PP 1000×500 board offers an anti-slip surface, high rigidity, internal steel profiles and a service life of at least 300 uses as indicated in the technical manual.
Main components and accessories
Ledgers 4.20 m and 2.10 m
Components that level the secondary beams and organise the table formwork assembly. They form the basis of the system for stable and precise installation.
Secondary beams 4 m, 3 m and 2 m
The primary structural elements. They support the sheathing boards and bear the concrete load during the initial phase, and also fulfil a dual function as assembly and secondary bearers.
Capital drop beam 4 m, 3 m and 2 m
Reinforcement accessory for areas of higher slab load. Recommended when additional system capacity is required or when working with more demanding configurations.
Board 1 × 0.5 m
Re-usable formwork sheathing available in three-ply timber or PVC/PP depending on configuration. It provides the working face, offering finish, bearing and rapid placement.
G-bracket
Key element for edge protection and useful as an outer board stop. Fixed to the secondary beam, it integrates the perimeter protection effectively.
Post 1 m, guardrail 2 m and toeboard 2.5 m
Set of accessories to form the temporary perimeter safety system, particularly important for works at height and edge areas.
Under-slab safety nets
The manual provides for their preventive use beneath the table formwork, attached to props with hooks and connected with rings or snap hooks, to reinforce safety during board and guardrail assembly.
